I was there at noon and based on the line that went to the door I thought I'd be there forever. Reality, I was in and out in 45 min. That includes eating there. They're usually really efficient. bk335 Posted August 3, 2016 Report Share Posted August 3, 2016 I went it portillos on the first weekend and it took 45 min total, pretty long but considering the line was to the door, I didn't think that was too bad like pat said. Then I went there a few days later during the week during dinner hours and it only took about 10-15 min to get our food from the time we stepped in the door, not bad at all. Also, that chick-fil-a is still really busy. I work right near there and if we don't get there before 12 during lunch it takes forever. Army green paint, flares, and a black tail pipe that,curved up higher than the roof of the car. Couldn't get a pic in time.
