I like the one on the mustang the best out of the styles you showed. Is trm doing a warranty on it? The price I paid for their oil distribution block should more than cover a chip warranty like yours :P

They sent a new setup for free. I paid for the faster shipping.

I did have to put down a core charge on the "thingy" because Kummrow forgot to remove it with the chip and I forgot to ask about it. With that, the original "thingy" is still in my ECU and that is why Kummrow probably couldn't get it to run with the NA chips.

The moral of the story is always make sure you pull your thingy out.

Upd8's plz  :)

I wish there was one. Haven't heard from Kummrow since Monday. Texted on Wednesday with no response. I hope I'll get a pleasant surprise today.

I have to stop and get my radar detector out of my e30 before I head up to Automotion today at 12.

Just got a call from Kummrow and they found out what the problem is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The key that holds the timing pickup wheel (remember guys I'm OBD1) sheared and was stuck 180 degrees off.  Hence everything working but the timing off.

They are going to over torque the bolt and add loctite.  THEN THE DOC IS BACK ON THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is saving my wallet!!

Now I have 2 ecus just in case one dies!

I seriously have been having terrible dreams about my car being worked on and constantly finding something broken/loose.  Last night I was physically pushing the car back and for from Klode park in Whitefish Bay to something that looked like the Porsche tech's wing in Concours.

She is running great!

The "to-do" list:

- Finalize wideband wiring.

- Heat wrap turbo and downpipe.

- Swap wastegate vacuum line for a larger inner diameter one. (This should result in more boost.)

- Get boost up to 18-20psi.

- Dyno the car and record boost.

- Send results to TRM for an updated tune.

- I'm forgetting other little things but they aren't motor related.

How much downtime do you get when you send the ecu to TRM
