GunMetalGrey
I'm conflicted. .0015 is practically nothing, but I get your concern. I would give it a pass with 600 grit to see if any high and low spots show themselves and go from there I guess. I can confirm that the head gasket that you and I use squishes a lot, so it should have no issue with a .0015 variance

DrLeadFoot
? What about your diff that you had built? It's sitting in my garage in the box that it came in. Going to pop that in after I put the cover on and fill it with fluid. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

DrLeadFoot
A little progress was made. I'll update with pics tomorrow. - Head is torqued down to 35 ft/lbs. I'll recheck and go to 65 ft/lbs if they hold at 35 for the night. - Intake manifold is tapped and drilled for multi-port meth injection. - Mounted the distribution block and ran the 6 lines to the jet fittings. - Broke one jet from over tightening it. Sometimes I'd like not to learn anything new... - Picked up my diff cover and output shafts from Snap. I'm planning on getting the new diff in tomorrow morning.
