Backstory: kaiser got lost 2 blocks away from the meeting point for the 5er meet when our love train was broken up by a 4 way stop. Instead of calling me or chris for directions he pulled over and indulged in some donuts that he had stashed away. I dont blame the man but he threw in the towel prematurely on that one

Spotted this e30 in hales corners this morning

I used nothing but KBS rust seal on my project and it is amazing! Cheaper than POR15 too. Never knew Napa carried it. I always ordered it straight from KBS and it would arrive next day most the time.

Well, haven't done much of any work on the car the past few weeks due to cold ass weather, snow blocking entrance to the work area, work taking up tons of time and now just got an accepted offer on a duplex I am purchasing in Bayview. Busy, busy, busy. Hopefully soon I will muster up the motivation and time to work on that damn wiring again. I did however semi-purchase a set of wheels for when the Groupe 2 flares go on. Expect some pics later tonight if all goes well.

Dress for the slide, not the ride. There are two types of motorcycle riders: those who have crashed and those who are going to crash. It just happens one way or another and cleaning out road rash is probably one of my least favorite things. Get some good gloves, a good lid,and a jacket. I personally would recommend boots/pants, but I know a lot of people who don't like to wear them because of "looks" now there are companies such as "rhok" that make Kevlar reinforced riding jeans that hold up pretty well during ground time. They look like normal jeans too. Boots are a good choice. When you tumble, ankles like to break - something with ankle support is a good idea. Riding in skate shoes with the laces loosely tied may look cool, but they are completely worthless when you crash. And in my experience, speed doesn't really get you into trouble, it's the fact that no one sees you on a motorcycle
