    Mine came today!

only things I wish were different is that they didn't center the lettering and almost any plate frame will cover up the Road America text, so you're forced to not use one. Time to create Road America plate frames, sell and retire. 👍

Today was a great day to get out for a little back roads drive! Since picking the car up, I've swapped wheels/tires, stock headlights, added wheel spacers, Gruppe M carbon airbox, bimmerworld intake elbow to delete ASC, AC Schnitzer leather steering wheel, and installed a BMW motorsports golf ball weighted knob.

I'm selling my daily driver because we just picked up a replacement X3 M40i to serve as our shared daily driver, given that my wife and I both work from home. This car has been really good to me over the past few years I've had it. It absolutely eats up the miles and the N55 + ZF8 package is pretty stellar.

It's a 2011 BMW 535i xDrive in Space Grey paint over black leather interior. Most notably, and the reason why I jumped on it when I found it, it's equipped with Sport Package (shadowline trim, 19" wheels, sport seats, sport steering wheel are the highlights for this model year) so it looks a fair bit nicer than a lot of the F10 535's out there.
Coming up on 145K miles and I'm the second owner. Before me it was owned by a CFO of a Financial Services firm who maintained it well (I have records of various services in the glovebox such as oil filter housing gasket, trans fluid change, front upper wishbones, etc). I haven't had to do a lot to it in the time I've had it.
It sits slightly lowered on H&R sport springs with new OE shocks, struts, mounts. I also replaced one of the front axles after a boot tore and there was occasional clicking from the CV. I have the axle for the other side and it will be included, should it ever need to be changed.
As seems to be common on these cars, there is a vibration around 70mph. It's been there since I got the car. In an effort to alleviate it, I put new Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons on, replaced a cracked wheel and replaced a thrust arm while trying to figure out the source of the vibration, but it's still there. At this point, I've effectively chalked it up to a design flaw from BMW, and it really doesn't impact driving.
    I'm asking $9,850.

Yeah I'd agree that I have a critical attitude, but I think most would agree that 2 photos for a 10k ad is inadequate.

Kinda surprised I haven't seen one of these swaps before. E36 tourings still seem under the radar for US importing to me.

So I've been having a rougher idle on the touring the past few weeks. I installed BMW Scanner and INPA on my spare laptop and connected it up. Cleared all the adaptations and scanned it for codes. These are what I pulled
Error Code 106 - Control Vanos Mechanicall Outlet Blocked or Jammed
Error Code 8 - Air Flow Meter
Error Code 106 could if been a few different things, cam sensor, vanos seals, vanos solenoids, etc. I decided to start swapping parts off the Z3 coupe to diagnose the problem. Started with the exhaust side cam position sensor. Swapped the part, cleared adaptations and Error codes, fired it up. Luckily first try was a success! Cam sensor cleared the Error Code 106.
For Error Code 8, I was going to swap MAFs, but unfortunately the 2.8L Z3 coupe MAF is the same size as the B25 MAF, not the B30 MAF. Decided to just go ahead a buy a new MAF off FCP Euro while purchasing tue new cam sensor and oring. Hopefully this is it and daily driving commences.
After this, still gotta full up the AC system and good to go. 👍

More pictures and videos when I'm back in the country tommorow but in short this trip is fucking awesome!  These trucks are extremely capable and regularly run the Baja 100 and 500.  Today we did 75mph on the beach then hit speeds up to 70mph in the canyons later on after crawling up and down massive ditches and mountain switchbacks.
It's through a company called Wide Open Baja and they are for clients who want a ready made team for Baja.  People like Patrick Dempsey, Will Turner and many more have paid to drive their cars and get the support team.  The support we had following us is the same team that supports the races and these guys fucking rocked!  They also do tours like this for people who want to try the trucks out in more of an adventure setting as opposed to full race.  Here's the truck we've been driving!

It's the little things that count. Front center jack pad for xi models. Mine was missing since I got the car. Finally got around to ordering a new one.
