I broke off about 3/4 of the way through the route. It was a blast!! Then the Slownoma showed up and launched rocks everywhere! Lol. Rampelsauce was given her the beans too!

Hallway Pat got a little clip:

A window down, music up day in the Black Pearl lead to the front left speaker blowing. I'd amassed parts to ad 12awg speaker wire and ditch the amalgamation of smaller wire and crimp connectors.
Crimped and soldered the connectors.
After the Alpine Type S 5.25 speakers were installed and all was wired back up I "tuned" the amps best I could. The reggae jams are alive once again!

Couldn't get a pic, but I saw a white SUV thing with a Brewers plate that said SHEGNE.
@DrLeadFoot wife or mistress? Actually ex-wife would probably make more sense xD

Is there a reason for the ecu locking out? I've never ls'd before.
"I've never seen that happen before" is the famous phrase that has unwillingly attached itself to me. Jesse at Late Model Throttle said the same thing and he can tune LS motors in his sleep. No clue.

What a great turnout! It was great catching up with some of you and looking forward to the next meet to talk to the rest!
Milo, my son, got to see his Dad's car at an e30 picnic. I had to sit him down and talk to him afterwards to explain that an e30, not on jack stands, is a rare sight! I mean this when I say, Congrats to all of us who made it!

Dropped the rear an inch so Earl can start talking to me again! Lol.
I've been driving it a lot and not taking many pictures. I think I have about 350 miles on it so far. Speedo gears are broken so there's that.
Oil has been changed once after initial start/warm up, around 30 miles and again around 150 miles.
Added a moroso vacuum pump that I'm starting to learn and work the bugs out of. If I took it for a track day I feel the catch can would fill up and overflow in 20 mins in high RPMs.
"The Black Pearl" does grip and go and is a blast to drive. Can't wait to get the tune sorted out with a "new" ECU. The current one locked out after one flash when it was on the dyno.

It moves!
Between family time and work obligations I was able to bust my ass and get this thing buttoned up!
RawSpeed over in Butler did the exhaust and intake for me. Jake does AMAZING work!
The intake is 4" aluminium with an LS7 MAF.
The exhaust is Sikky 1 7/8" stainless steel headers to 3" stainless steel duals to a "Y" that merges into a single 3.5" stainless steel resonator then goes to 3.5" titanium and ends with a 3.5" titanium resonator with a slash cut to end. It sounds amazing and cannot wait for more seat time.
Late Model Throttle got it aligned yesterday and will be tuning it today/tonight!

Also slid the motor a little closer to its final resting place.
Scary stuff to have the front end that high up!

Finally got the brakes sorted out!
Also installed this 4/0 ground cable I made.
Now on to driving it as much as possible prior to the snow!
