i guess it depends on what your priorities are on form and function. its kinda the old 'pick 2' thing:
1. Durability
2. Aesthetics
3. Cost
Personally, I'd never epoxy a floor in a state that is going to get frigid cold/snow & salt melt all over it. Spend all that money than in a few years you have peeling/chipping. That would be annoying.
If I had fresh concrete I'd be looking at polishing it over anything else. A polished concrete is really not that slippery when wet, its actually rated as 'slip resistant' floor in commercial applications. It is slippery when sand or other small media is on it, but how often is that kind of spill in a person's garage?

the most likely causes: 
if you feel the tramlining/extra vibrations over bumps under heavy braking = upper (thrust) control arm bushings are bad. try stabbing the brakes over some railroad tracks or some bumpy road section and see how bad it feels. 
if you only get the tramlining over bumps = pitman arm has play or tie rod ball joints. both are easy to diagnose. jack one front wheel up and try and wiggle it in and out and watch for play. for the pitman arm, if it is worn you can push it up and down.(not side to side) 
generally, the adjustment of the steering box only improves the vagueness at the center of steering
 
 

give up now? lol I replaced basically every component in the e34 steering (besides the steering box, itself) and it still wasnt perfect. always chased my tail on that.
tramlining, specifically, is caused by something loose, i.e. worn ball joint or bushing. the wheel is allowed to move out of alignment from the rut in the road, even with the steering wheel held in place. anything in the front suspension with a joint is in question.

I found about 2 inches of standing water in the rear passenger footwell after all this rain
turns out these cars have a common problem where the roof drain hose shrinks over time and comes dissconnected from the plastic drain above the firewall.
suspicions comfirmed:
 
you can just see where the rubber hose is out from the black plastic piece.

the offending hose:

some duct tape and zip ties to stretch it back into place temporarily. the better fix is to patch in a new section of rubber hose.

 
but on a brighter note, the Volvo has been great for our normal summer rec activities, hauling the two kayaks and associated gear with ease, leading to some great time on the water already this year.

I'm just surprised you don't have a view of a service department through the windshield.

the thing is about those who do it to have 'haters':
they actually like their terrible cars.
but when they see no one else likes it, but gives them negative attention, they play it off all ironically. "LOL guys i'm not serious" and make it worse for more attention. 
my point is, either way that guy thinks his car is tits.

i used 3M double sided tape for the ends of the e28 spoiler on my previous e30. still need to add it to my current one. 

So, I sold the e34 touring and bought a Volvo!  Pretty excited, it seems like a great car so far. I refuse to buy a Wisconsin car, so I had it shipped from Portland, OR. It was a Denver car for 1 year, then a California car for the rest of its life (no rust!)

The drivetrain is a pretty rare combo, and the m66 trans is very robust. I looked for a long time for an AWD/turbo/manual Volvo and missed a couple that were out of state because they got snapped up right away. I considered v70s and v70Rs, and xc70s as well, but I'm happy I landed on this one. I also looked at small trucks but they did nothing for me - I'm really just a wagon guy.  The fiance is happy for the red color, because it looks a lot less like an old man car. 😂 It will be a great Wisconsin winter vehicle.
I have not taken any good photos yet, as she is under the knife and in a few pieces and not registered yet.

Volvo fans may call this 'not a real Volvo' because the P1 chassis platform was a joint Ford effort and is shared by the Focus and Mazda3. I agree that it doesn't have the better old boxy Volvo look, but it actually handles well, has a turbo, and its a wagon, so its good enough for me.
