BenDem
Ok. So it's not strictly BMW specific, but I want to find a place to do a quick wash on my convertible from time to time. I can't seem to find any of the coin-op hose wash stall thingies in the Milwaukee area. Any pointers? Google gives me nothing.

patsbimmer1
NONE! I looked all over when I lived in the area and always ended up driving to Mukwonago to do it while visiting friends or family.
Earl
They are all over in the West Bend/ Kewaskum area. Not sure why Milwaukee doesn't offer them. Probably because people would be washing their children there... YoungCR, shovz, B C and 2 others
Bassboy3313
I believe there is a place in the new berlin area, but dont quote me on that. I thought I remembered my brother telling me he went to one, so I can ask him and let you know what I find out. I know its not Milwaukee, but its semi-close. Boris3
New Berlin is on National Ave between Sunnyslope and Moreland. Just west of the Culvers. Both touchless automatic and self serve booths.

Jdesign
I know where there are a few, as I have been all over Milwaukee my entire life.It is really annoying that you cant just do a search and I have to make a mental note of each. I goggled some APPROXIMATE addresses for you guys, but don't hold me to them if they are closed. We should try and make a map, it would make my life easier as a vert owner 1129 W Walnut StMilwaukee, WI 53205 8330 N Teutonia AveBrown Deer, WI 53209 9502 S Howell AveOak Creek, WI 53154 1303 Arcadian AveWaukesha, WI 53186 6606 W Bluemound RdMilwaukee, WI 53213 I am sure there are more...... Besides, the Milwaukee river is there!Or they can wait till it rains...or the classic fire hydrant "spill"All jokes aside, it's not their fault our state lags in job creation compared to the national average, and save the "but they are too lazy too look" rebuttal, everybody is hungry for something. Back on topic, I might have seen one on my way to Lowes (Franklin location)

BenDem
Ok. As my contribution to this little community, I'll setup an online map that all can contribute to.I'll start with with the locations described above and add them as I confirm them (gives me a destination while I'm testing the car after I work on it).Once it's setup, I'll post the link here. Bassboy3313
That would be awesome! The moment my car gets on the road it will be straight to one of these places. Its filthy!
BenDem
OK. Because I'm lazy, I just used google's Map Engine. Here's the link to view the map. There's nothing on it yet... https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=zbup_1j8VZjs.k0JwOgR7djj0 If you want to add stuff to the map, you need to be added to the list of editors -- just send me an email, and I'll add you to the list of editors. I'm assuming I should start a new thread with instructions on how to use the map, and what info people want on it?
YoungCR
add me to the list of editors please! Car wash prices would probably be a good thing to add, hours if they have any.
