Both of those options sound super risky. Just buy new stuff from the dealer

I can assure you it is actually overheating.
But no, I do not have one.

Well who wouldn't be willing to snort water?
It amuses me that you actually think I got angry about the whole situation!

I am the only one that doesn't understand this? Why go to different local places with the same people that bolted on a set of coilovers and wheels and then plasters crooked "Built not Bought" stickers everywhere.

    Car shows are "meh"
I usually go to see old friends
I'd rather drive twice the distance to go to an autox or something like that.
Or a fall meet. Be there for 5 mins. Then break an axle. 10/10 would do again before going to a vape contest

I set fire to many bushings last night.
Got the old RTAB's out, as well as the old subframe bushings.

I also cleaned up the diff a bit and put new fluid in it. The old diff was messed up and makes plenty of weird/bad noises when you spin just one output cup.

If I get bushings today I am hoping to have the car back on its own feet this weekend!

I look forward to running a fixed back seat for a bit more head room! I will finally be able to sit upright and not be slouching.

I ran into a similar issue using E90 stuff on an E30 rack, as no lock plate is large enough to fit the E90 end. I started looking into it and lock plates are no longer used. I went with the locktite route.

Hahaha, nope! I won't set foot in that place again.
It's a local guy that has always done my motor work, and does it at a good cost and his work is always great.

Going to drain the coolant out of this and start taking the top end apart so I can replace the head gasket.
    That's right, the head gasket.

    FMHG

Will pull the whole motor on this one though. I don't remember why, but I'm going to.

Dropped the head off at the machine shop last night. Guy pulled the plugs (I forgot to) and looked at them and said, oh yeah, this head gasket has been bad for quite awhile. I never mentioned the head gasket being bad.
    This amuses me.

That's actually a pretty good price considering the proper 6 speed trans is included.

Just show up indeed. You will register for the event once you get out there.

I will be making appearances to these, and would enjoy seeing more of you guys out there!
Ride alongs / beat runs in the E will be given out as much as possible.

I need to take a hammer to the chassis so I can hit lock without the tires hanging up on the chassis, it makes sliding in a controlled manner difficult when the front wheels stop spinning.

I have no desire to see any amount of weight greater than 100lbs set on top of a toolbox. I will never do that, and it is likely that most other people wont either.

What I would enjoy seeing is all of those bricks put into the drawers, and being shown that the drawers still move well and aren't deflecting under the load. That is a real world scenario.

No kidding. I don't know how you could get arrogant about it. If reliability was poor on some other tools that would be a bit more opinionated than just numbers, but even at that it's no real reason to get angry about.
Numbers sold me my M18 Fuel 3/8", and that's what should sell most people on tools. Le numericals
