Pretty much any county road you get out on there is going to be awesome (just watch out for the horse and buggies). HWY 33 at wildcat mountain has a well deserved reputation. Short but probably the funnest road I've been on so far. Has one of only two switchbacks that I've found so far in this state. https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6960092,-90.550383,14z +1 for Kettle Moraine. Ridge road and county S are good. I had a lot of fun just wandering around south of there. https://www.google.com/maps/search/kettle+moraine+county+s/@43.7860326,-88.0439338,15z County M near lake Poygan is fun if you're around here, but not worth the trip. 187 by Navarino is good but short and the pavement is a bit rough. 55 along the wolf river is really fun, but can have a lot of traffic depending on when you go.
