I’ll be driving in from Madison if anyone wants to caravan there together. I know @vbhargava is planning on going as well, I was thinking we rendezvous at the park and ride on Highway N off the interstate and drive in together.

Decided to store some drugs purchased from a very seedy location in new berlin under the valve cover since the crankcase vapors are supposed to throw off drug-sniffing Kaisers.  I think one of the meth crystals bent a valve stem because cylinder 6 now has low compression. I didnt want to mess with it and figured id screw someone over while I could.

Which trans oil did you use? I tried Redline MTL, Redline D4 ATF, Pentosin MTF-2 (supposedly OE spec fluid), and Bimmerworld’s recommendation Redline MT-LV. MT-LV was the best experience followed by Pentosin MTF-2 as a close 2nd.

Pedals always seemed silly to me, mostly because i'd never tried anything different than factory ones. After getting to feel some Turner ones that were on @B C M3, I caved and bought some. Also I'm in desperate need of an interior deep clean please don't internet bully me

All kidding aside, I have a long list of cars that I want, but what you want and what you need are two different things. There are a few non-car-related goals i’m aiming for that influenced my decision to sell and once the dust settles i’ll see where i’m at and what makes sense at that point.

Beautiful car, perfectly maintained and tastefully modified by some very like-minded, particular people. You were so apprehensive about bailing on that E36 dream and going another route. The whole time I was saying that this is the better car in every way (ITBs, flared fenders, that S54, come on!). Do you believe me now?!
Congrats @Rekpoint and great to meet you @B C! Your clutch/pedal setup made me realize how boo boo mine was, went home and ordered a turner pedal set, rogue engineering stainless clutch line and doing the CDV delete. Dang you costing me $!
 
 

Make sure you triple step a 13" face so you end up with wheels that are 80% lip!

I recently installed Morimoto 6000K headlight bulbs. It’s more of a street racing/roll racing car than something you would want to push too hard on a racetrack
