Ever is a long time. In a few years a stock corolla will be making 575hp at the rate things are going.

Earl, it only requires one hand to shave. Please get rid of that before you come out of winter hibernation.
Thank you.

Sucks to do the maintenance, but it feels so good when it's done.

Oh, they have cool little custom velocity stacks mounted to the intake side too. The guy that has the record holding porsche 944 (HP on stock engine) had these turbos and wanted an upgrade. He has all the work he can't do himself at the shop my car is at, so I had no problem taking them off his hands.

I'll get the specs on the turbos.....don't have them handy.
Stupid Burnout. At least I now have proof that the clutch was in fact junk and not me being retarded.

I am excited to see this thing. Im sure with twin turbos you wont have a problem doing a burnout, like last time.

Got up to the shop last weekend. Didn't feel like a lot was acomplished, but we made huge leaps forward in planning.
Got my newly refinished wheels mounted. They fit.....just barely. I will need to lower the car a bunch and play with some thicker spacers in the front and rear. I may have to pull the rear fenders a bit depending on alignment.
Found a home for these beauties
Made all solid bushings for the Diff
Pulled the stock manifolds off and test fitted my brand new evolve headers.....sadly they wont work, but I'm glad we figured that out before we cut them up. Anyone in the market for S62 longtube headers?
Dropping my spare block off on Thursday on my way to Chippewa Falls. Manifold mockup will commence.
We figured out the limited mods that need to be done to get the turbos to fit, and came up with a REALLY cool way to route the turbo piping.

I started with the knuckles by removing my Motorsport Hardware studs.
As you can see, they have been around the block a few times.
I then tapped the safety tab out on the nuts and removed them.
The inner race was left behind.
I thought it would be hard to remove but I was able to slide it off with two screwdrivers underneath.
I removed my ABS sensors next since the ABS is deleted.
I also removed the dust shields and threw them in the trash.
They were now ready for some cleaning.
I taped up the spindles to keep them from being damaged by the sandblasting.
I then got them as clean as I could and ready for powder.
The next thing to tackle are disassembling and prepping the calipers and carriers.
