    Your 215's make me laugh!
Also, you can use the starter to prime the engine, just pull the fuel pump fuse.

I had to do my jesus bolt in car, and doing it this way did not feel good. I tried it and stopped, also the car started to go up the blocks lol. I have the proper tool that bolts to the crank using the dampener bolts and then you just rest the handle on the ground and get a torque wrench, feels much better than the car in gear method. If you want to borrow it let me know, more than happy to help.

Added more timing, and more power came with it!
I hope I am not destroying my clutch lol , breaking it in easy is not an option!

A very shaky clip of Tim's car with the built S52 doing a little 2-3-little bit of 4th pull. Rev limiter is set at 7000 or 7100 rpms right now, and will probably go up still. As noted before it screams, and unfortunately its just not the same in videos...
Did some more investigating today as to why I was getting a single cylinder misfire, got my new injectors in and rewired the ECU for it. Fired it up and still had the same exact problem, so the injectors themselves were not the issue. Started firing coils in megasquirt (test mode) to see if any of them were not firing. Everything sounded in order so I started pulling plugs to figure out what cylinder it was. I think I found it... cylinder 4 is on the right and cylinder 3 is on the left.

Picture was taken right after I pulled them out, and the only one that was different was cylinder #4. After talking to Mr. Snap he suggested to check the ground for the injectors, sure enough it was hanging on by one tiny strand of copper. Going to replace that and see if it helps!
It now makes sense as to why I was making no power, I was never firing correctly on one cylinder. Hope it didn't damage anything!
Video of it running with the knock

Little sound clip for the kids, put some miles on yesterday but something just isn't right and I am working on figuring it out. I have way more timing than what I feel like I should, and when doing a "pull" it will feel hesitant, then pull very hard for about 1 second, then go back to being hesitant. Going to hit up the trigger logs, composite logs, because the standard data log didn't show anything odd going on.
At this point I am not scared to just mess with things, if the engine got ruined by the tune or not broken in correctly because of that it would have already had the damage done. In the grand scheme of things the engine isn't even expensive, maybe 500 dollars of a many thousand dollar build. It's just very discouraging to not have it working right.
One thing that I was expecting but hoping not to have to do is an oil cooler, after beating on it (staying in boost constantly) yesterday when we stopped the oil was at around 230 degrees. I can't be having that! Unfortunately a legitimate oil cooler setup will run me around $500, but gotta pay to play!
The hood will fit! Put the front lip on too! Have to modify a few things before I can bolt the hood down.

So. As usual I suck at updating things once they get underway. I was able to get the car started, but was unable to drive it (running super rich) I spent a bit of time going through my settings and found that my injector pulsewidth base number was about 10MS, but for my injector setup I wanted about 8MS max. That leaned things out a bit! I am working on getting the tune better but was able to put on a few miles yesterday. A few comments about that.
Holy crap is the turbo loud.... Like, REALLY loud. Kind of awesome, but not the stealth that I was hoping for.
It spools FAST. Data log shows %50 throttle, 3100RPM and 7psi (current limit)
The timing was not set correctly, so it wasn't fast, but I could tell it wanted to be. Very excite to tune! (Much excite, very boost)
Also, the clutch feels like stock apparently, so that's also cool!
Hopefully vids once I get it tuned a bit better!

So, I finally had some time to work on the car last night. Was able to get the exhaust out and wrapped, but did not get the exhaust back on entirely. My fuel lines (that decided to start leaking) will finally be here today so those will go in the car.
    Pictures!

So all in all I am super happy with how it turned out, and it most certainly came at a cost. The exhaust is crazy high up in the car for being 3" , as you can see the lowest spot is probably less than half an inch below the frame rail. Compared to what other exhaust I have seen it is very impressive.

So, I picked up the car from Mr. Exhaust's house yesterday. He was an awesome guy to work with, we would communicate pretty much daily about details of the exhaust and getting progress pictures and he charged a very reasonable rate. His welds are fantastic, and his pipe routing is exceptional. I am extremely pleased with how everything went and the turnaround time.
Exhaust Specs: Everything is 304 stainless, 16ga (actually a little thicker), 3" mandrel bends.
    3/8" turbo flange -> 30 degree 2.5" to 3" roll cone -> 3" v-band halfway down the downpipe -> flexpipe under passengers feet -> 24" stainless resonator -> 3" V-band before subframe -> 3" to dual 2.5" split -> Tips
Wastegate is also tied into the upper half of the downpipe.
He spent 25 hours to make it what it is, and I don't think it could get any better. I will get some more pictures later, before and after heat wrap!
My fuel lines should be here on Tuesday (after waiting over a month) and after that I cannot think of too much left to do before getting it on the road.

Started breaking in Tim's (Deadskittles) car, the built s52. That thing is a monster, 3/4 throttle in 3rd and the tires don't hold too well. Videos of that later as well!

I am already in the works of making these, I have yokes for the G260 and ZF trans, and E36 M3 shifter, and have lengths and twists worked out. The yokes have been made, and just waiting to weld them up.

Watch your oil/coolant closely. That front cover has oil and coolant running in it, those don't like mixing

I had a leak from the same(ish) spot!
You really can't move it much, need to unbolt it from the head (3 small torx) and you need to use a wobble extension to get under the timing chain without taking it out, 1/4" drive is required for that one.
Take out the front oil pan bolts, but loosen the rest a turn or two and now it should be separated enough!
Was a pain to do, but not as bad as expected.
