Wow, made from foam. Wood is indeed heavier than foam, but those ramps are expensive!
building this thoughtfully of 1x10s or plywood would probably cost $50 and they'd only weigh like 15lbs.

well, they smell like replicas to me, anyways.
i cant find any other examples where momo has emboss their name on spokes like that.
it doesnt have center caps (cheaper to be capless for replicas)
momo does emboss wheel specs on the inner lip on their star wheels, this one doesnt have that
if they are indeed real, maybe obscure custom race wheel?
i'm trying to decide if something fishy is going on with the lug pattern/center bore. like if these are 5x130 with adapters, or something.

great improvement! never knew about the rogue engineering reverse mounts, neat idea. how do you keep the top bracket from pushing up into the cabin when trying to thread the nut on from the bottom?

crazy idea for you enginerds - any way to easily pull a vaccum on the system at the reservoir to hold the coolant so you can remove the plug without spillage? just literally attach a wet vac and cross your fingers? maybe a piece of duct tape between with a certain size hole to reduce the vacuum if its too strong?

i guess it depends on what your priorities are on form and function. its kinda the old 'pick 2' thing:
1. Durability
2. Aesthetics
3. Cost
Personally, I'd never epoxy a floor in a state that is going to get frigid cold/snow & salt melt all over it. Spend all that money than in a few years you have peeling/chipping. That would be annoying.
If I had fresh concrete I'd be looking at polishing it over anything else. A polished concrete is really not that slippery when wet, its actually rated as 'slip resistant' floor in commercial applications. It is slippery when sand or other small media is on it, but how often is that kind of spill in a person's garage?

the most likely causes:
if you feel the tramlining/extra vibrations over bumps under heavy braking = upper (thrust) control arm bushings are bad. try stabbing the brakes over some railroad tracks or some bumpy road section and see how bad it feels.
if you only get the tramlining over bumps = pitman arm has play or tie rod ball joints. both are easy to diagnose. jack one front wheel up and try and wiggle it in and out and watch for play. for the pitman arm, if it is worn you can push it up and down.(not side to side)
generally, the adjustment of the steering box only improves the vagueness at the center of steering

give up now? lol I replaced basically every component in the e34 steering (besides the steering box, itself) and it still wasnt perfect. always chased my tail on that.
tramlining, specifically, is caused by something loose, i.e. worn ball joint or bushing. the wheel is allowed to move out of alignment from the rut in the road, even with the steering wheel held in place. anything in the front suspension with a joint is in question.
also, nice eye! sounds like a great fishing trip.

masks work, so if people are wearing them the virus will spread less. asking if the mandate is working is a different question, because if no one follows it, it means nothing. from what i've seen, people havent changed their habits.
