  1. It's scary that both of those are so cheap.  That M3 can't be more than one late oil change away from a VANOS explosion.

At least with the bottom one if all else fails you can part out the dinan parts and make your money back + some.

So I havent done much with this car besides stare at it and want to drive it really really badly. So I am going to buy big duck overfenders for it tonight in hopes that it boosts my desire to get it back under the knife soon. The motor is still apart with all the gaskets just waiting for me. I need a good solid night of wrenching on ONLY this car.

Picture of the overfenders (not my car)

  4. Well, I came to the realization that the speakers I bought yesterday wont last long. They sound good though! I found a deal on MNBMW facebook from a year ago of a guy selling a New In Box E36 BAVSOUND Stage 1 upgrade kit for 300$. I tested my luck and it turns out the guy still has them. So that is the current route I am going.

Its just unfortunate that there really isn't very many options when you want new speakers and OEM look. The 2 speakers that are making the sound are 150$ new from BAV auto. So I might as well upgrade everything for the same price.
