Fiber Glass body panels

Well as most things, you get what you pay for it looks like. From everything I have read about this company these fiberglass pieces are just skins and quality can suffer tremendously. Here are some posts I found about this company.

If you know what style you want, I could build one offs for you. Custom parts are what Ive done since 73.

Let me ask you this. Is it ridiculous to think about building a carbon fiber roof Skin? When you go to build a cage, you could make a copy of the roof prior, cut the roof off, have tons of room to build the cage, and then have an extremely light top? 

Newer m's do this I believe. Well they have carbon at least.

I might be interested in having a few valances made. I like the e21 motorsport valance but there few and far between. There are a couple places that make copies, but I've heard the quality isn't that great.

What materials do you generally use to make the molds? If I built something like i wanted out of wood/foam/bondo would you be able to make a mold from it? How much does all this cost? I'd like one for myself, but I'm sure I could sell a couple too if the cost was within reason...
