Ryan...
Well, here's what I'm gonna be doing to my car today: Installing the new Inno Roof Rack w/Snowboard attachments. Picked it all up for $320 shipped brand new, and it will carry 4 boards w/bindings. http://bimmerfest.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=303307&stc=1&d=1322853122 And this Sunday I'm getting new poly shifter bushings, shocks, tein lowering springs, struts, H-brace, strut bar, and alignment done. http://bimmerfest.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=296734&d=1318365705 http://bimmerfest.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=303309&d=1322853384 http://bimmerfest.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=303308&d=1322853384 So what are you doing to yo whip? DrLeadFoot
Last night I put the strut brace from my M3 on the 325is. Adjusted my mudflaps that I installed the other day. Got the winter K1's, painted them black, wrapped in new Blizzaks and installed those. Cleaned up some wiring stuff in the engine bay. Installed a new OBC temp. sensor. (http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=153211&highlight=temp+sensor) Installed my passenger side rain rail. After all that positive stuff I realized the guy on craigslist who sold me Yakima A1 mounts, fairing and bars really had Q mounts. Fool me once... Paint scratched (it's bad anyways but still), no rack and wasted $$$. At that point it was Miller Time.
Ryan...
^^ so you needed the Q mounts?I just spent the last 7 hours at my cousin's shop, installed all my suspension goodies, car handles amazing now! That H brace was pretty neet; when we had the car up on the split arm lift, we both said there was no effing way that brace was gonna fit. Oh well, wasted $30... Then we got my car up on the "drive on" lift for the alignment, and *poof* the bracket will now line up perfectly! I couldnt believe the chassis would flex that much! Now with the X brace, strut bar, new shocks, and lowering springs the car feels 1000x better. Edited December 5, 2011 by Ryan...

camarok
You can't just replace the heating element in the seat? I went to the dealer for fun, part is like 200 bucks or something, and it's directly attached to the cushion. I don't know if it's broken in the back, bottom, or the extendy leg section. BMW does NOT service heated elements for seats, you have to go third party.... and it looks like a SUPER pita to do http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1165042
