ZHP Exhaust on a 2000 328i?

I recently picked up a 2000 328i and I acquired a stock ZHP exhaust. I was curious if it is a direct bolt on or will it require some modification? The reason I ask is because the exhaust is an hour away and so I can't compare it to what I have now. I searched the interwebs but I couldn't find any info. There isn't anything wrong with my current exhaust but the ZHP exhaust sounds nice. If anyone has any insight, feel free to chime in. Oh and here is a pick of the new daily/beater.

I don't think so. It has base model seats but they are heated. I plan on slamming it and buying a ZHP bumper for it so I can be like all the other cool kids.

Reason I ask is that the 328i sport actually had larger front sway bars than the zhp. Just a heads up so your not stepping backwards. Run the vin on bmwarchiv.de
