Code P0011 is a common issue and is fixed temporarily with a vvt selonid or cam position sensor but always ends up coming back being the front timing cover gasket breaks apart over time and falls in to the oil pan, gasket material then gets sucked up to the heads blocking the passages to the vvt if you have owned the car since 35,000 it more than likely has already been fixed

timing chains stretch

Weak blocks if oil changes weren't done on time they will throw rods

Head gaskets go

Front diffs blow up on awd, almost always pinon bearings let loose

Rear main seals leak like a GM truck

Radiator leaks in to trans fluid ( automatic only) more radiator issue but does happen

"Swirl screw" drops in to the combustion camber

You have to remember the VQ35 is a motor used in tons of nissan cars so some of these issues are more prone to other models such as a maxima or 3.5 Altima or a murano or quest.

Its still a VQ35 engine if its an issue it will happen unless addressed
