I dont suspect the lean codes relate to the swap. I would recommend, in this order:
-see how the car drives with the MAF unplugged
-check for intake leaks with a smoke test, namely intake boot.
-check condition of spark plugs
-replace fuel filter
-replace MAF
-replace O2 sensors
-replace spark plugs and coils
-replace/clean injectors
It is most likely related to intake leaks but multiple weak areas can add up to a single issue

Nice car!! I think the e91 LCI tourings are some of the best looking BMW's in recent years, though I am a little biased haha. So happy with mine, you'll love it!
