B C
ugh... but now I see this and remember that the most fun I have ever had in a car was in a relatively humble BMW 2002 great pictures though.

Rowleym
Why are 2002's so awesome? Just wondering..
Brian.
Because light weight car! My next "vintage vehicle" is going to either be a 2002 or this:
B C
gosh I would LOVE a mini! (I doubt I would fit nicely though) Bassboy3313 and I saw an incredible one at the Concours VW just after we left the Concours BMW show this last summer: we also saw this guy.... I call him Fanta Claus. Why are 2002's so awesome? Just wondering.. Because with a good tire+suspension setup, an amazing driver, and a good road/racetrack you realize that you simply do not need gobs of power to smile and laugh like a child. An SRT10 Viper is about the most powerful car I have driven and been able to go nuts with. Being a passenger in a 2002 around a racetrack was in fact more fun than barreling down the road at light speed. Piloting my own E30 around a track was the 2nd most fun I have ever had in a car, and it still beats haulin' balls in a Viper. Thats my opinion at least. I'd have to believe that a Mini with a Honda motor may be some of the best fun/$ you could have

REKIII
My uncle has an original mini. Mechanically sound, no rust, but needs exterior and interior restoration. Red, LHD. I'm 6' and fit no problem. Took it for a drive. After I got used the the scary old school brakes, the car was a blast!FS, $5000 I think. Brian.
Oh shit, let us know if it is! I'm sure one of us definitely would! Only way I'll be able to acquire a different vehicle, is if I were to trade/sell my 535i
REKIII
It is for sure FS. I think the price is $5K.I can get pics if someone is seriously interested. The car is located in slinger. Brian.
Ask him if he's interested in my E28, doubt he will be. Not many people like my car

Ryan...
There was a guy in New Holstein back when I was in high school that had two old original Minis for sale, each was $700 and needed motor work. I begged my parents to let me get one, but they said it was too dangerous... I ended up buying a 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix instead
