im guessing he also owns an e46 otherwise the plate makes no sense
"never been tracked"
-He did the BMW's euro delivery program
-Nurburgring sticker on the back
Maybe he just did the ring tour 🧐

Always like seeing e36's with the M-sport package

wtf $27k? Even being generous and assuming that swap cost $10k, $17k for a 300k mile 325ix with flares and pretty Apex wheel seems insane. Even with KW suspension components.
Still a sick car tho.

Guy is asking $2k firm now, seems like a great deal for 370whp.

Hard Motorsports makes flares moulded off the e46 m3 body, and they sell just the rears
Here they are on a sedan but they have ones for the coupe
I had there e36 flares on my old m3 and they were also moulded off the e46 m3, perfect imo. Used small color matched sheet metal screws to mount them

This. Still traumatized by those things. Can't move on...
With you on this one. A line on my old m3 rusted in one spot and I pieced in a section with unions. Every double flare tool I touched was junk, and of course the one good double flare I made I forgot to put the threaded nut piece over the line before I flared it 😓
was one of my least favorite times I ever worked on my car

E36 very would be a great summer cruiser.
M3 bumper, coils, and some wheels and it would be awesome.
I figured I wouldn’t even touch it, just rock it as is cuz individual. It’s so bizarre to see a e36 with non-M stuff in Dakar haha

Is this how much e30 m3 side skirts go for? He wants $750 for the cluster and one sold on eBay for $1000... good flips maybe
I feel like I could see the skirts being worth like $2k if they are oem

Got more pics of the car or is it a secret rn? Still have the M cloth interior? Rusty? These things are sweet and I’d take one over another cosmos M3 haha
In my opinion I think that many will appreciate its rarity regardless of a s52 swap. I don’t think that the fact that the original motor exploded or whatever is going to completely discredit the fact that it’s a 1/150 M-technic car. Clean it up, source the special interior and exterior bits and it’ll pull a premium. I’ve seen LTW’s with motors that have been replaced, they don’t just become average priced m3’s. Same concept on a smaller scale? Honestly these cars came with much more desirable bits then the M3’s did in the US, and I think they are respected more then just being a trim level for a 325is.

Hey it's 17 year old me.
I couldn't have been more lucky to have a M3 at 16 years old, weird to think I took it to high school everyday for 3 years, moved out and went to college with it and took it everywhere. Enjoyed every mile of the 30,000 I put on it.
I should be studying for finance but instead I'm in my feels 😞👌
Day 1, March 2013, the car looked like an abomination. I remember wanting to return the car to oem, and scrubbing the turn signals with acetone that night to de-tint them.

I think you were looking for a cheap 8 Series? Heres one with 200k and in need of paint/engine work/ among other things
https://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/cto/d/bmw-850ci-1991/6742529439.html
I spy 4 piston BMW calipers.
I've seen quite a few 850ci's without 4 piston calipers, did they only come on euro cars? Or later model 850ci's?
They seem really rare

"Sahara Beige" e46 wagon. Pretty cool, but at $7800 with 180k miles it kinda seems overpriced
Also I'm on Autotrader looking at some 8 series, it looks like the value of them has quietly skyrocketed?? I can't find one less then $12k
I remember around the time I got my first M3 (almost 6 years ago) I'd see them on craigslist for as low as $2500. I remember a 850ci in Denmark, WI for $4k, and I think it had a 6 speed.

Wasn't this the same M3 that was for sale just a little while ago? Haven't seen many Boston Green/Modena M3s. Wondering if it's a piece, or this dude is just trying to make a fat flip.
Think it was listed for like 8K originally.
Such a cool color combo, I hope it’s not the same one. The other one had tons of rust, it was all bubbled along the hood, roof and rear trunk lid

LSB e46 M3 coupe with a “5-speed” manual trans for $7999

$3800 without wheels? So $700 for a set of style 20s and the turbine covers. Don't these go for $1500 easy with the covers?

Isn't this the one that had the blow supercharger on it? Then he was trying to sell the kit and car separately.
Oh god this thing again
It's gone through 3 owners in 2 months, one at $7k with a supercharger kit, one at $5500 and now at $3500. Someone on here mentioned the car was beat to shit and probably has motor damage

I like that a 2'x2' section of sheet metal has been cut from the side of the car
Also it makes me cringe when they pick up cars that are going to be rebuilt with a forklift. Cant be healthy for suspension components or fuel/brake lines, depending which way they fork it... not that they give a shit
Also it pisses me off that shift knobs, key fobs and emblems go missing from literally every auction car
😡😤
