I don't know exactly, but finding the diagrams in the etm would help you here. My guess is the stock radio harness probably grounds to a bracket or body in the drivers footwell. If you take out your radio and kick panel you should be able to follow the harness.

Tip:. Don't light any matches or plug/unplug anything.

there are some suggestions I've heard. i didn't bother to do anything, because i could only hear the whine if the radio volume was quiet and the car was not moving.
1)separate left/right channel wires from large power wires in stock wiring
2)completely new wiring with RCA cables, aftermarket amp, etc.
    3)noise suppressors?
4)ground the radio to the same ground as the alternator
5)new radio ground on sheet metal as close to radio as possible

Check the common grounds for the stereo wiring.

Sweet. Maybe it's brake lines that just don't come pre-bent. Good prices too.

The NHTSA just finished up a 4 year recall investigation into rusting brake lines on GM vehicles that is relevant to this.  Conclusion is, wash your car more and this doesn't happen.

Replacing the fuel line won't be too bad but can be slightly tedious.  I'd recommend replacing the whole thing instead of cutting and patching a spot.  You'll be better off in the long run this way.

The specs should be listing on realoem. You'll have to bend the lines for sure. If you buy genuine lines they are pre-flared so that saves some work.
I'd do as much reading on whatever threads you can find, I'd guess this would be a good weekend project.
