I have a place lined up but the previous tenant filed for bankruptcy and wasn't taking their stuff out from the last I heard. I was supposed to be in over a month ago. I can't seem to find any other places which sucks=/ Yes. I was trying to avoid taking the garage from my g/f over the winter. but she said it's ok. I can see if they would sublease part of it, however they will want to know how much you need and you are REALLY bad at defining the size of any space you are looking for.
