What brand pump did you go with? I got the continental brand with the mann bhear tstat

The bolts on the pump are easy.but when you have the old aluminum t stat housing those hoses are pure evil to remove lol

I had mine crap out on me just last month at 73k. The housing cracked so it worked.. Just leaked. The job isn't tooo bad on a rwd..but the xi is a pain. Ive charged 200 for rwd and 250 for awd. Again a good diyer can do it in a days work. I can swap it in about 2 hours. But ive done a few

Im sorry for any delays as of late. Life has been tough. If you contacted me for a blast please re pm me. Due to the nature of my work schedule im forced to keep cars overnight so i can work on them at a slower pace asto not kill myself i know this is an inconvenience and hard to trust some guy on the forums. When i bend lines i fill them with salt. Keeps them from kinking and flattening. Then rise out with brake cleaner.

started when i needed a new pump as my old one was leaking. then i put in a new vdo unit..then after one day the new pump i put in was faulty...very weird failure. Started by getting oil condition sensor inactive. Next ibs and alternator malfunctions. Turns out its all on a serial bit interface loop and the water pump is in that loop. Got a water pump code then i decided i should look at it. When i pulled the electrical connector of the pump it started leaking coolant!.wth... That cause the bsd interface to fail giving me all the issues.. New pump under warrenty thanks to muller motorwerks. Stand up guys. Just a heads up for y'all
