You have two options basically by clicking the "Insert Image Button" on the toolbar above the text box. You can post a picture as an attachment, which would store it on the WiBimmers website as a small and low res picture or you can insert the url of a picture file hosted on another site and have a nice big photo that is also inline with the text. If you use a photo sharing service such as flickr as Earl suggested, this makes it easy as you dont have to upload things twice. Eventually down the road each member will get a photo album on the site but until that is implemented those are your options.
