  1. Dunno if you found a set of wheels yet but ac schnitzer and ccw lm5 have a similar look. AC Schnitzer can be found all over ebay and internet if you're looking for used. CCW is American made so even though they're more rare in the used market, you can order easily from them.  Other 5 spoke wheels I can think of are Work equip 05 and meisters,

any three cars in the world and 2 of them are a Tacoma and a Corolla... worst 17th post i've ever seen. ;)

Tacoma ---- why not a Land Rover Defender, or an H1 Hummer, or if regular pickups are your thing an SVT Raptor or F350 King Ranch?

Corolla --- why not an AUDI TDI, Mercedes E250 BlueTec, BMW 328d -- all 4 doors, some with BETTER mpgs than a Corolla

    quick list for me:

McLaren F1 -- coolest car ever made.

e34 m5 Touring, boosted, upgraded suspension and tow package -- DD and tow vehicle

One of the original e30 m3 DTM 'Warsteiner' cars -- race weekends and shows and making kids go 'cool!' and women swoon

lol, well, thread title implies that you're stuck with them for life. So I considered what I could probably afford to maintain. Never would of chosen an audi, merc, or bmw for that category because although they're nice and may have better mpgs, they're not as historically reliable, one of the main reasons I chose the Corolla. Even then, I definitely could've chosen a more exciting car.  Since maintenance isn't anyone's concern, lets try this again.

Truck: Mercedes 6x6 G because probably most bad ass truck ever.

Weekend: Ferrari Laferrari because soo sexy.

4door dd: Audi RS6 because 4 door with cargo space cool dad car. Forget mpg efficiency because we're e-rich using internet money anyways.

    How's that?

  3. Hi guys, I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Jake Rawson for some work he did to my car. He's located in the Milwaukee area. It might be called Rawspeed now instead of Rawsomotion. This summer, I took my e46 m3 there to get the rear subframe mounts reinforced with the Redish kit. While he was in there I had him change out some bushings (rtabs w/shims, diff, subframe), csb, and flex disc. He had the car for two weeks, actual work took a week as the first week he was busy, he said. He always replied fairly quick. He sent me pics of the subframe mounts before he mounted the subframe back up. I believe him to be fairly priced with the small research I did, total was about $900 ($650 for the subframe work). From an internet search, looks like his shop does fabrication and when I was there, it looked like he works on BMWs in general as there were a couple of them at the shop, one on a lift, etc... Oh and he's got a cool looking track RX7. Overall, I would recommend.

  4. Thanks. It's got a nice sound system and for performance an intake, rear section exhaust system, ssk, Dinan tune, sways, and other little things.  But I have the car going in sometime to get a dme update which is probably going to erase the Dinan tune.  I need the update to get an obd2 test for emissions inspection so it's gotta happen.  Unless you guys know where there's a Dinan dealer around here. I couldn't find any.
