Anyone know about the condition of this car?

It's a gorgeous car! Great buy!

Welcome! If you haven't already ordered a radiator I highly recommend the Turner Motorsports all aluminum radiator. I bought one for my 97 328i after replacing 2 oem radiators in my 95 325is due to cracked necks.
I am in Greenfield if you ever need a hand!

Try to reset the hosr position. If that doesn't work then replace the hose.

Just got mandated that weekend at work! I am going to trybto find someone to cover Saturday for me.

It sat on a trickle charger from 9/21 to today. The battery voltage was 14.2v when I tried to start it. All electronics work and the starter kicks in with no issues but it is not engaging the flywheel. As far as why we had a loss of oil... I looked everything over and cannot find an obvious leak. The ps hoses were wet and the crank pulley had a little oil on the bottom of it. I am baffled at this point which is why I want to start it to see if I can ID a leak from underneath.

2007 335xi lost oil and shut down while going about 45mph. Oil was on ground towards front of engine. After having car towed to a garage I got underneath and found small amount of oil on ps lines in front and a small amount under the crank pulley on the belt. Display says the oil level is ok and afte trying to start the starter turns but does not engage the flywheel. Thorough inspection of the turbos and I cant find evidence that one of them went but for the life of me I can't find a leak. My thoughts are to clean everything, verify oil level then run it to find oil leak. Any ideas why the starter will not engage the flywheel?

Registered! Was hoping to have my coilovers by the show but it'll be close!

Should be the same as e30. I haven't done rears on either in a couple years but I do remember I was glad I had a lift and the parking brake cable was simple once I figured it out. You do need an alignment after if you pulled tje whole hub assembly/ control arm.

I work that weekend. Damn it. I may be able to make it Friday.

For anyone wanting to meet up at Brookfield square beforehand, I will be there http://goo.gl/maps/1Vccg
at the southeast corner of the parking lot where Sears is (just as the link shows).
I will be there around 12:20 and will leave at 12:30.
I drove past you in the white e36!

I would love to meet up with you guys outside the show if you want! I live in the area so meeting in one of the miller lots is easy for me.

I saw the e60 at road america in the bmwcca corral! Very nicely done!

Thats it? Only 2 other members might go. This sounds like a good show. Thought more people would be down for it.
I'm not sure why so many members on this site are against this show. This will be my third Stance WI show and I couldn't be more excited! It's one of the better organized events in the area and the Stance WI crew couldn't be nicer people. It's a show that I can take my fiance to and she actually enjoys it.
I will be there with my non lowered, stockish car, enjoying a beer and grilling out!

Not a bmw but I saw an 84 RUF BTR at road america over the weekend! Gorgeous!
-
As long as I am off that weekend I will be there!

Beautiful bike! I fell in love with these after seeing a black and gold one at a bike night 2 years ago! Hopefully a Daytona 600 is in my future next summer!

Quaker steak I'm new Berlin. It was silver with some large wheels I didn't recognize.

dynojets always read 7-10% higher than real #'s
A mustang dyno would be closer to "road" horsepower but I never intended these numbers on my 328i to win any contest or claim any bragging rights. It was meant only for a baseline and I intend to continue to use the dynojet for consistency. At the end of the day it still measures rear wheel horsepower. Go rain on someone else's parade.

Nice, had you checked it before the manifold swap?
No and I really wish I had. At least I have a base line before the shark injector chip!
