Oh, I thought they were steel. I've seen people drill them out but I was thinking that it seemed horrible. I just don't want to cut into the trailing arm on accident

I did mine caveman style and uses the drill bit to "saw" through the sleeve and it didn't hurt the arm at all. Just one of those things that you can do carefully. If you drill out enough rubber, you could also use a hammer and chisel to split the sleeve.

  2. They're much more expensive however. I really can't see you driving the car enough to wear out a spherical bearing but I would assume Nerptech would warranty them or have service parts at that point.

Condor also has mono ball ones:

They appear to be a little nicer than the ones Turner offers.

  3. I had Condor RTAB's on my coupe and the passenger side rocker was completely rotted away right next to the pocket. I never had any cracking or other issues. You'll be fine haha. If you're really that worried there are a ton of places that sell weld in reinforcements.

  4. He never ended up swapping that car with an SR. It just got an S50 in it and was raffled away.

Edit: It's also a Clubsport. Mtech was never a term coined to a compact trim level. The later cars were referred to as Active models and other countries just referred them as to Sport.
