I'm going with rogue engineering bushings for right now I'm just going to upgrade the rear trailing arm bushings because I feel like those are the ones that are causing my rear to feel as if it shifting back and forth during acceleration and deceleration. I'm going to also buy shim bushings to eliminate the room in the bushing mount and and BTW these bushings are poly urethane!!! :-)

I'm looking to get poly urethane ones and rogue also sells the bushing spacers for the rear trailing arm because BMW put a stupid gap on the sides of the bushing slot that causes them to fail so quickly

I also took of the stupid air box snorkle thing and you can definitely hear the difference in the exhaust as for HP or tq I'm not sure but throttle response is definitely better then before!
