Let me be the first to welcome you. Now let's see them pics!

this isnt what you drove?

What qualifications do you need to be the service manager? I have been a Fleet Manager/ Lead fleet technician for over a year now. The job would have to beat 20/hr.
-
He doesn't have a computer and he is a friend of mine you guys can chill out.
-
He will sell the rustang and get an M3 eventually I bet.
-
I thought my M3 would be a great choice for winter but things happen QUICKLY in that car even with nice all seasons on it. It kicks out on you really abruptly and with track on it barely moves. I basically second gear start it with trac off. An E46 xi is an excellent choice I love the way it sticks in the snow. I would not recommend the two door e36's because of the window mechanism for winter. You will be busting clips and who knows what else. E36 sedan is a great choice with some winter tires maybe a 323 325 or 328.

there is so much bullshit on this thread....

Good call=) For the love of heyzeus, please kill those tail lights with fire!
Hey! I smoked the gayness away! I think it still needs more smoke spray!
-

Happy M20 Ebay customer.

Did you give up selling your drift missile?

Just fixed stereo wiring, some dumb kid must have run a speaker wire for each speaker. Bypassing the OEM amp like a dumbass. Now its back to awesome. Also I have finished the passenger rear trailing arm bushing and upper shock bushing. I Replaced the valve cover gasket last weekend and this weekend I did the vanos oil line and the oil filter housing bracket gasket.

I am glad they are not Ford anymore

Don't have a winter beater. Can't afford one. I have to drive my E30.
You must not! Craigslist, buy broken and fix!
-
Air then vacuum, repeat.

The rust seems surprisingly controllable. How do you intend to keep it from coming back?
-
Looks like my trans is pretty shot, clutch too. It makes me force it into gear for third and fourth sometimes when cold and what not. Looks like a replacement is in order including my chromoly flywheel and M5 clutch!
-
I just got to finish up installing the other rear bushing, entire front end kit, vanos oil line, oil filter housing gasket and that should be good to go! I have more parts than time! ( I have all of the parts for this car, I just have a lack of friends that are motivated!) This thing runs really well. Anyway. If anyone one here wants this baby to help me pay off the M3, $2100 is a steal for this car considering that I personally went through it! I am very thorough and OCD when it comes to my cars!

Gotta post pics of that bad boy.

I'm sorry it was Fear Factory.

First thing first though...
After:
Bam! Instantly faster with that oil filter cover!

I was stranded in Wausau with it. I basically drove it (hard) to my buddy's house in Wausau and I saw the steam. I had the radiator out in ten minutes and the new one in in 15 minutes! The transmission is a little fucky. There is a whine when downshifting in 3rd and 4th. I may have to put all of my M318 project stuff into it... LTW flywheel and M5 clutch ext. I will just have to order a new one for my baby in the spring or over the winter. Oh well.
Other than the fucky transmission (which still shifts acceptable when warm) There's the sunroof issue which I didn't even look at yet because I was too busy RAGE DRIFTING in the rain last night! OMG fun. If you don't have an M3, throw it away, Its a piece of shit! J/K. Also just some minor trim piece issues. Not to mention the rear end which I "put back together" haha! Wait till you see the pics tonight.
Josiah: I threw that fucking head unit out the window on 51! I think your Killswitch Engage CD was still in there. I am sorry. I will have to check.

Does anyone have a valve shim kit for the E36 engines? I don't want to have to buy one myself so I thought I would check here first.
