Just saw an e30 vert this afternoon parked in front of a gti with alphards on it. Who is this man?!?
-
I did a search and failed to see a local craigslist thread so I figured I would start one. If there is one an I am an idiot, please delete or move this.
Here is what I found today
-
Awesome sounding build!! Welcome!!!
-
we put this stuff down in our old house in the basement
http://www.diy.rhinolinings.com/
worked really well, where there was a lot of foot traffic sort of "faded" and when we had to slide our fridge it would leave small marks.
but for 85-170 bucks, it was decent and covered up some nasty looking spots
But as for a garage, I could see it getting beat up after a few years from all the traffic, chemicals and such.
Yea, I have seen that stuff before, similar to the stuff they sell at the hardware store.
My garage floor was done by a company called Premier Garage. It cost a lot more than any DIY method but every DIY garage floor I looked at pretty much looked like crap and had to be re-done every year or two. Mine has been in place for 6 years and still looks perfect.
To do my 696 square foot floor plus the short stem walls along the sides cost exactly $3,000 in 2007.
That's alot IMO. But I am only renting my space so I try and build everything from dumpsters and other really cheap resources. So im kind of a cheap ass lol!

30' wide x 24' deep. Keeps the toys happy.
Nice, spic and span!!!! What did you use on the floor? I did that in my old garage with some stuff from Menard's but I wasn't to impressed with the overall quality.
-
How much are you willing you spend? There are a few places but its quite expensive if I remember correctly. Thus the reason my Mugen wheels are half polished lol
-
Haiiiii!! and welcome!!
-
I like his Second comment "If I need a new motor I'm just going to buy a GTP" go figure LOLZ

Pretty clean space you have. I noticed it is missing BMW's lol

I feel like I just won something! Woohoo
You did win something. One free "Thank You" from me, good for all that responded!

Like the title states; Will a S50 intake manifold fit a M50ut head?
-
So I decided I wont ruin this one for ya. Count me in ;D
-
Sadly we have to move 2-1/2 hours into Illinois closer to where I work
Ouch....
-
X2. Haha
X3!!!
I have one FS in West Bend. 2.5 car, Big wet bar.
Is there a way to "LIKE" this?
-
ha right but sadly right now i have to work outside if i want to do anything the car is still sitting in there
That doesn't sound like a good time. You don't know anyone near you with space to work on your ride?
-
Awesome build!!! Where on the eastside? My shop is also on the eastside in Cottage Grove.
-
No V-day decor, just a lil mistletoe
-
Update! I set up my pool table last week. I am not a huge fan of the Camel felt in the shop so I plan on switching to neon green or something brighter in the near future, but for now its awesome to take a break from working on stuff and shoot some pool. Here are some pics;

On a whim I shared some pictures with Stance WI along with the story of how I ended up with her and Preston at Stance WI asked if he could use it for their blog!
Did you buy your car in Waukesha?
-
This is my place of employment/ personal use shop. I put the lowering springs in the m3 here this past Saturday. I also have a 2 car garage at home but theres no heat in there. Also a few pics of the dirty ass M now lowered.that I snapped yesterday.
Awesome, looks like a service station of some sort?
Yeah man. You can see Auomotive Engine Rebuilders from my shop. I just dropped my m50 head off with Kyle yesterday actually haha. And I've done some work with Brian before too! I drool over his 2j swapped e21 every time I drive by. His shop is about 5 minutes away. That's cool though, you should swing by next time you're in the area.
Yeah! will do, I will keep an eye out for you next time I am nearby!
-
Its literally on the same land as the Waukesha Recycling Company. Tesch Ct, by golden coral and Aldi and swimtastic. Those are the landmarks I give people who are coming over lol.
But who do you know in the area?
Word. That must be near Automotive Engine Rebuilders? Where Kyletime works?
I know Brian, the owner of Milwaukee motorwerks and my other friend owns the shop next to him and he owns Milwaukee limo. Both of which are big BMW fans.
-
My playground lol. Its a mess due to some 3000gt vr4 turbo swapping that happened last night, but you get the idea.
Awesome!!! Where in Waukesha are you located? I have two friends with shops in that neck of the woods.
Here's a few photo's I snapped in like -20* weather. It's cluttered as fuck right now, due to just throwing shit in there, and not organizing anything. So it looks cramped as shit. When in reality, it's quite open. This is the paint booth. You can't see it, but It's got a diesel furnace, and an AC. To control temperature, and has ventilation fans for fresh air/exhaust air. And more tools then you could ever fucking need.
Nice!! But thats your paint booth? And for the love of god take off that M5 badge
Did you strip your fender? looks to be a different color than your hood=P
He sure did, and it sucked.

I have a car rig if anyone is interested in rolling shots...
And to keep on the pace of the thread:
Thats Mikes old lexus on the right!!!
