Since mid-summer of last year I've been gathering parts for air ride. (Yea it took a while. Buying e30 stuff gets in the way. Haha) I've had the struts since summer and I just ordered my management. I have air lift performance struts and will be using switchspeed management.

Okay. I seen that there was a post on r3v that a guy did it similar to that. I was just hoping someone had one. I would have just recreated them as best I could put of 7 ga steel at work.
-
Does anyone have measurements for them or have one I could borrow for a few days to get the measurements? I could give some money for letting me borrow it.

I had one in my mk2 vr and it went like a raped ape after I put it in.

Alright. Thanks for the input guys!

H&R trak+ spacers with green loctite and the correct hubcentric diameter to match the wheels you have is the way I would do it.
Do you mean these?

What do you guys think the best way to go for 20-25mm spacers? The kind where they bolt to the hub then the wheel bolts to the spacer or a straight bolt through?

Yes it's the same guy. He was just blowing smoke about the s54

Lookin great!
Thanks!
What type of heat source/oven did you use for those big parts
I didn't do it myself. But I seen the guys setup. It's a big walk-in oven that he can put 3-4 racks of whatever in to.

Mine is sitting in the garage waiting for spring.

Not this year. They had issues with 5he city after the last show concerning the treatment of the grass on the non euro side so this year is euro only and some non euro if they are approved first.
Okay. I didn't know that.
-
Actually water by the bridge lets any car in. It's just they put all the non euro cars in a different lot.

Gibsons had quite a few e30's the last time I was there.

I used naylors custom metal cuttings sand blast booth. He rents it out. I don't know much about what his setup is.

Just a little update..
I sandblasted the rear sub frame, trailing arms, and rear calipers and carriers.
Got the rear calipers and carriers powder coated gloss black. They were powder coated at Naylors' custom metal cutting.
I'm going to be getting the sub frame and trailing arms powder coated matte black. These will be done at my work.
As for the rust situation, I made the battery tray piece out of 16 gauge steel and got a flat piece of 16 gauge to fix the rest.
