Does it actually do that?Because I've noticed I'm constantly doing 65 on hwy's and likke... 76 on fwy's to keep up with traffic... That's in the E28, and the E46 coupe...
Yes, at least the E9x series. It's been discussed a bit on e90post.com, and my GPS tells me I'm at 56 mph when the cruise control is set at 60.

I'll echo what Brian stated - please list exactly what you're able to modify. I'm interested in finding out if the radio in my 2010 E92 can be coded (vs purchasing a JL cleansweep prior to upgrading), if my speedometer display can be coded to read actual MPH vs actual + 6%, and what other creature comfort things may be changeable.

On a more serious note, I've never owned a set of snow tires. My cars have always been on good all season radials, and while snows would have provided more control, I know how to drive well enough that it's not an issue.
With that said, get a good set of snow tires and drive in a sane manner.

Same as driving any other car in the snow, wouldn't you think? Be cautious when there's snow on the ground, use the correct tires, and then FULL THROTTLE RAGE DRIFTING!

Saw a black E92 crusing downtown --- wait a sec --- that was me reflected in a store window. Nevermind...

This is sort of a BMW discussion. I was stumbling across pictures of e30 spoilers and came across a site for Rperformance. The wing looked a little silly but I wanted a better picture so I clicked on it. This gave me a full view of the car......I have never seen anything like it
(couldn't embed the pictures here)

This got me to thinking we should have a thread dedicated to the e30's who have unfortunately got beaten with the ugly stick intentionally by their owners.
Lets see those kitted out, wildly painted, clear tail light e30's grace this thread.
My God that thing is fugly!
