Wait... 7th injector? It's a 1984 533i. There are only 6 injectors. Excuse my ignorance but I am guessing the coldstart valve is obviously separate but called the 7th injector?
-
Thanks and I do have a service manual.
-
My 533i on a cold start is acting like it is not getting fuel. When I let it sit it suddenly starts as if fuel is getting in. I replaced the fuel filter and it now starts a little better but does not always start. Has anyone had this happen? Plugs were replaced also.

I'll rally up with anyone for madison but I'll be there.
Would you like to meet? I'm in sun prairie.

There are very few who can weld titanium well/correctly. Plus it is stupid expensive.
I have it on my bike, but I don't think the ROI (weight loss ) would be worth it on a 5 series. They are such a pig of a car (weight wise). It the whole scheme of things it could actually hurt handling (I know, you now think I'm retarded, but hear me out). You are removing lbs from the very bottom of the car. Not a huge amount but enough. Since it is coming from the bottom of the car, the center of gravity (COG) will move up. This will increase body roll, etc. If you want to spend stupid money on a mod that looks cool, reduces weight AND lowers COG, invest in a carbon roof. win win all around.
It makes complete sense and I did give some thought to altering the weight distribution of the car. I'm not set on the exhaust and it's the beginning stages of mods. I think like you said there are ways to combat altering the weight reduction. I think the guys at KM have some racing experience and can point me in the right direction. I may have to lower it or change the sway bar or both.

Yep that was me I dig your 533.
Nice looking 535. I've 100k less miles on mine.

I'm glad that this story went from "for sale" to custom titanium exhaust! This is why I like you!
I sold the e46 m3... Saw a gray m3 today it brought back some memories.

It's for an e60 m5... Thinking of asking the guys at Kelly moss for a quote.
-
Welcome... Did I see you at matc in Madison? I was in a white e28.
-
I had my ///M done at Kelly moss in Madison. I think those guys know what they are doing. I think I paid $75.
-
Thinking of doing a custom titanium exhaust for my ///M. Anyone in the Madison area?
-
Where is this being held? I'm interested in spectating.

Just stumbled across Munich Legends in the UK: http://www.munichlegends.co.uk/independent-bmw-dealer
They may be overseas, but I think this falls into the "Look what I found" category. It's painful to see what we can't have. Lot's of inspiration for those going the Euro route.
Love the alpine b3 s

Hey I would like to refinish my style 42 rims. What tool would I need to take them apart? I saw there was a tool/ socket needed... Anyone knows where I could find this tool locally?
-
I picked up a set of h&r springs for an m3. Where should I go to ave them installed? Thanks for the suggestions.
-
This is where I bought mine http://www.khoalty.com/bmw-e46-led-angel-eyes.html. It looks good on my e46. I have seen some that look cheap these don't. They fit like it was made for the car.
PS I had the daytime lamps programmed off so they look better now.

Earl is correct, you will just need hubcentric rings
Do you have the specs of the hubcentric rings I will need? Are the same as hub bore adapters?
-
I have a set of e39 17" style 42's in the parts for sale section that would look great on a e28!
Do they come with winter tires?
