Just scored ANOTHER really nice set of style 5's for $300!! How do none of you guys scoop this stuff up??
-
Just got off the dyno with my m3. Did 282 to the wheels with all stock exhaust.
-
Finished up painting the centers of my style 5's last night. Assembling the wheels tomorrow morning then off to get tires mounted!!
-
BMX. Have't been riding much at all lately. It's getting harder and harder to find time

Nice. You don't see too many facelifts with the m-tech 1 bumper.
-
I spent about 6 hours wet sanding the lips on my style 5's today. Went to 2000 grit then buffed with Mother's aluminum polish. My hands hurt. Look much better in person.

Thanks for the offer but I'm painting the centers Arctic gray to match my m3. Pulled the wheels apart today cleaned up all the bolts and started the long process of polishing the lips. New tires ordered along with hundred centric rings. Got a good start.

Nice lineup you have there!! Welcome!!

I like the state one better. 2' might be just little bit large.

Picked up this super mint set of style 5's last night for $300. ZERO curb rash. The tires weren't too bad wither. Going to polish the lips, paint the centers, and throw em on the e36.

Not gonna make it. I have a wedding I have to be at.
-
I'll be there in the M3, weather permitting.

Let me know if ya need a hand. It'd have to be on a weekend. I'd like to check out that e36 of yours.
-
Might have to check into those...I need at least a 8.5 to 9" wide rear wheel though. I have enough trouble getting traction with the 255's I have on now.
-
Thanks!! The color on my e36 is Arctic Grey, it's an Individual color.

anyone be interested in a bimmer wrench day (probably a few weeks before zachys house?)
What kind of wrenching are you looking to get done? If you're anywhere in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area I'd be down.

Heard about this forum a while ago. Figured it was about time I got on here and introduced myself...My name is TJ, currently driving an e46 touring(daily) and an e36 M3(toy). I've had 10 BMW's now (2 2002's, 3 e30's, 1 e36, 2 e46 tourings, 1 e34, and an e39, I think that's it...) Looking forward to getting to meet some of you!!
What did you do to your BMW today?

Just finished test fitting my freshly refinished style 5's on the m3, gonna need a serious roll in the rear. I'll post pics tomorrow when its not dark out.
Anyone have access to a fender roller? Baseball bat method isn't working at all.
