I've got 2 garages both 24 x 28 but one, the one without a partition wall is full of everyone else's stuff. Boats, a DSM and all the yard stuff. The one I get to wrench in has a 24 x 20 area for cars and an 8 x 24 shop for tools, work benches and storage. Unfortunately it's packed full of $hit I should probably throw away and straighten up.

No real plans other than maintaining it so I can drive it forever, added another 3 this past summer. This one is my wifes and now she understands why we love these cars so much, especially after this past winter with an xi.
One with the winter wheels and snows, a must!

Wait you can get me a radio code? I'm afraid to disconnect the battery in my e46 it was scary having a live positive cable hanging around changing my gasket
My e46 doesn't have a radio code, I disconnected the battery to remove the GM V module and the radio still works. I might have had to reselect the stations but that's it.

I tried to post on your forum after signing up and it keeps taking me to the log in page, and that's as far as I get.

Someone told me Diamond in Fond du Lac is now a pull yourself and open 7 days a week, don't know for sure. They do have an e46 M3, $900 for the rear axle carrier and $4k for the engine.http://diamondap.com/

You're right about Wagner, I was in the pits that day and without thinking about it I had on a bright red shirt, when I watched that segment there were a lot of red shirts that day.

I haven't posted in a while and took some new pics the other day.

How about Tower Paint in Oshkosh, I understand they can match anything and put it in a spray can.

I live 12 miles from Road America and the first time I went there was when they filmed the opening sequence for the movie "Winning" with Neuman and Redford. That was 1968 and I was a junior in high school, does that make me an old fart? IIRC that was the year they introduced the 2002ti and it impressed me even in the days of American muscle cars, when everybody else wanted an SS 396 Chevelle or a Hemi Charger.

yeah the oem paint/primer are especially tough to remove. its best to leave it on and just scuff it up before painting. i did my last set with tires on, also makes it more difficult (worth the remounting fee)
Kinda tough to polish the lip with the primer still on. LOL

Natures Miracle, available in most pet stores and Wal Mart. Contains enzymes for odor removal.

Good thing there's no appreciable tides where you took the pics.

Been a member for a while but not very active, spend a lot of time on Bimmerforums. Here are some pics of my 328. It's all stock engine wise. Just lowering springs, strut brace, X-brace and cosmetics. How it looked when I bought it in 2007.
Latest pic.
Others along the way

Did this last winter but wish I had them blasted. Did it with the tires on and had the bloody fingers to prove it. Stock paint is a bitch to get off, I used 3 different strippers and none took the primer off.
Just the polished lip:
All done:
On the car:
After the drop with the Blizzaks:

When spring comes I hope to be working Saturday mornings, but I think the concrete business is going to be slow again this year. I'm in Sheboygan Falls and only an hour from Milwaukee, my son Lives on Prospect near Lafayette hill.

Went on a cruise around Mt Horeb in May of 2009, this was at Tyrol Basin, a local ski hill. My E36 in the middle.
And something a little more current, last spring.

A guy over on Bimmerforums has been working on an e36 based trailer that will be pretty sweet when it's done. http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?1967889-BMW-trailer-project/page5&highlight=trailer+builds
