I'm the new guy. I live in Appleton, but, I'm currently living in Heidelberg, Germany for a bit. Bought a cheap 92 E34 Touring for while I'm here. My first BMW and I love the car.

Wasn't put on by me. Left my car at my friends to get my tune updated and the car clayed and polished and some other work like re-balanced the rim that has the bend and some other stuff... It was on the car when I got back like a practical joke. I actually think it looks awesome It causes alot of attention.. I love the 'ring lol.. will keep it for a week or two till I do a full rejuv on the paint and big detail for a photo shoot for a businesses ad. I don't believe in stickers on a car of any race trAck or anything thoo... Only on the windows lol
And btw. Never touch any mans car..

Even more yuck is that I just saw you in Kenosha sporting a Nurburgring decal. Had I not been with my wife and child I would of removed that decal from your trunk.

on subject, how strict are the wi popos on front plates?
I've never been stopped in my M3... Granted I don't have a europlate though. I think putting a europlate on your car would draw even more attention than just not having a front plate.
Buuuut, I'm anti-europlate so maybe I am biased.

Furthermore, you look like an extra off of Jersey Shore, you realize you live in Illinois right? Did it make you mad that your girl eye fucked me as you drove your SMG M3 vert past me at well over the speed limit?

I just put some cash towards some facebook ads, targeting people in wisconsin who said they "liked" BMW. We'll see how that goes. If it seems to help, maybe I'll throw some more money towards it.
Any other ideas are welcome. I'm looking at getting some cards made, maybe a flyer downloaded that you can print out, that would be easier/cheeper to do.

Thought it might be fun to start a sighting thread... Try and post a date/rough time and what/where you saw a fellow bimmer driver.
05/27/11 @ 9PM(ish) - Bronzit(maybe?) early bumper E30 coupe. Seen @ Khol's Hwy 50 and Greenbay Rd in Kenosha. Saw it parked next to a white CRX, the driver, a younger guy gave me a head nod... Probably because I'm so attractive.

My next step is to clean up all the moldings and do a shadow line. Mirrors are going to be sprayed flat black too, they're flaking bad so-

I may have to take a few of you up on the offer to help, we'll see where I'm at when I get the parts out of paint.
I dont think the radiator support was bent, but the part the valance hangs on (and bumper attached to) is a little bent. I'm not overly worried about it though, the car drives straight and I shouldn't have a problem mounting up the "new" body parts.
