KaiserRolls
Some folks have used L seats https://www.lseat.com/products/1984-1991-bmw-e30-sport-325-318-custom-real-leather-seat-covers-front.html or auto berry https://www.autoberry.com/details.php?products_id=69 heres a good r3v thread where a guy used a seller off eBay for his replacements https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/forum/e30-technical-forums/appearance-cosmetic/interior/358398-badwella-s-e30-sport-seat-reupholstery-diy
m42b32
People seem to have decent results with the lseat kits, considering what they cost https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXxGULDV4p4 Edit: Ive been doing some further reading into the lseat kits. It turns out they are using bonded leather which explains the cheap price. Bonded leather may have some significant long term durability issues depending on the quality of the material used. Rekpoint
I am using a kit from https://leatherworldtech.com/ You fill some deeper cracks. and you respray the whole seat with new dye.
YoungCR
@Andrew used the eBay kits I believe when he redid the seats in @gilber33’s coupe.
REKIII
If you want to go the full re-upholstery route, Ace Auto Trim in West Bend does good work. They are old school. Not even a website.
