Spring rate is 315 front / 570 rear; will drop the car about 2.1" in the front for a 325i/is/e or about 1.6" for 318i. Springs have 13k miles on them: first 5k was a mix of driving to tracks and DE track miles, last 8k car was trailered so just DE and race miles. Spring could use a good cleaning. No rust.
