I’m selling my unique, fully loaded BMW X5. It has been enthusiast owned and meticulously maintained. I’m only selling to downsize into a 3-series.

2013 BMW X5 35i
VIN: 5UXZV4C53D0B22673
Mileage: 96,021 (will increase as I drive it every day)
Exterior: Carbon Black Metallic
Interior: Black Nevada leather, Aluminum trim
Engine: Turbo inline 6-cylinder (N55 - very reliable)

It's in great condition and needs nothing except for a new driver. Ready to be taken across the country if needed. No leaks, noises or quirks. 100% issue-free. It comes with all original booklets and both key fobs.

I had brand new Pirelli Scorpion winter tires installed last December. They have less than 5k miles on them. I also have a set of Continental ExtremeContact all-season tires that have plenty of life left. Both sets of tires will be included.

This X5 is loaded, you will be hard-pressed to find another for sale with this combination of packages/options.

Beautiful X5.  Too bad it's blue.  :(

Why selling though?  You went on 2 nationwide trips to find this thing.  it's literally perfect?  You can't tell me you didn't realize this was bigger than a 3 series when you bought it.

It's technically black, but yes, definitely has a blue metallic to it.

It is the perfect E70 in my opinion, but now that I have a shop, I have the opportunity to cash out and invest the money there. I want to buy a cheap E9X to daily/build on a budget for my YouTube channel.

Well....it's technically purple, but I was being nice, lol.

Makes sense.  Just hate to see it when my friends put such effort into things and then just let it go without any time to enjoy the fruits of their labor.  Not to say you won't enjoy the next thing, but.....

Good luck with the sale!!  If you make a FB forsale post, tag me and I'lll share it in the M5 group.  A lot of those guys like X5's as dailys.

It's a mirage of colors depending on the lighting

I agree, the timing on this was short (4 months?), but I'm not in a rush to sell. It'll probably take a bit to sell as it's a unique car and you can buy a cheaper X5 if that's what you're after.

I posted it in a few groups on FB, but I'll tag you and would appreciate the share!

I shared it to the M5 groups (a lot of them want or have X5's as dailys).  The general consensus on price wasn't good.  I think you have kind of a unicorn which will require a unicorn buyer.  The biggest complaint was that you aren't too far from X5M's.  Granted mileage and condition are not comparable, but a good point.

Do I think you are asking too much?  No.  Do I think it will be a hard sell?  Yes.

Yeah, initial listing of $20,900 was high and I knew it. I'm not in a rush to sell, so I priced it high. I've since dropped it $2k now that it's been on the market for over a month.

It's definitely a unicorn, I looked for an X5 like this for months. This was actually the cheapest one I found and I'm asking less than I paid for it only a few months ago.

I'm negotiable on price, but am closing down on my wiggle room.
