vbhargava
@P_Roloff - Should have the car at the end of the week. I'll bring it to C&C in the next couple of weeks.

Can’t wait to see it though!
patsbimmer1
Nice find! I appreciate that you pointed out to us that the Bluetooth head unit was not period correct on a car from 1988. I giggled lol.

B C
The Nakamichi CD-400 was always on my list as an upgrade but I ended up removing the head unit entirely

YoungCR
I’ll have to check out that BRZO app, never heard of it. Can you share your shipping experience? I get asked all the time about shipping cars because I drive trucks but have no experience or any recommendations haha.

cpandrewschmidt
looks great. Looking forward to seeing another e30 vert around Madison! I have a black '91. Now if only we could actually drive them with the tops down. vbhargava

B C
Looks beautiful! looking forward to hearing more about it! The roof of my car was heavily damaged by some chains or something I assume. I couldn't claim it as damage during transport because when I received the car it was night time and the car was covered in road spray. :/ oh well vbhargava

P_Roloff
I’d be down for that, should we include all white BMW’s so @Jdesign isn’t left out with the white shark?

vbhargava
Wired up the amp to the new hot-swappable subwoofer. Not bad for $100 and I use it with the Land Cruiser. Still, need to figure out a way to tie it down
B C
Dont tie it down, the sound of it flopping around in the trunk will hit some surprisingly low frequencies that are gonna get you some sick street cred m42b32, SteelBlue, vbhargava and 1 other 2
vbhargava
Minor update: Replaced the ECU with a 173 unit so that I can chip/tune and upgrade the injectors. Odometer stopped working so replaced the OEM gears w/Garagistic gears. Pretty easy fix that doesnt require removing the steering wheel but blew out a bulb in the process. SteelBlue
I would love to purchase a California/Arizona car in the future and either ship it to drive it back. Looks like a really clean example. Early model verts have a great look. vbhargava
