When I get home I will look at the stainless spool I have and let you know the number. Sent from my SM-G930R4 using Tapatalk That would be awesome, thanks! Bassboy3313
Better late than never. So, I use ER309L stainless mig wire. Some main reasons are I mostly weld mild steel with 75/25 gas. The ER309L can be used with 75/25 gas saving me from having to buy another tank with tri-mix. Makes it easier to swap from mild wire to stainless wire. Also, the ER309L can be used to weld stainless to dissimilar metals, such as mild steel and other forms of stainless steel too. This makes it the most convenient stainless mig wire type imo.
