Who can powdercoat my wheels?

Heat is always a point, but I would tend to thing that they would be around a T6 hardness to begin with, and the only thing that you will do to something softer (T4 etc) is aging when you bring it to the GP zone (400 degrees for 1 hour) would be bringing it up to the T6 hardness. This results in a stronger wheel. Those all assume non cast conditions though. 

That being said check with Dome. 
I hear that @rampelsauce also powdercoats
