GunMetalGrey
Today I picked up (kind of, it was dropped off) an 89 325is, the engine ate one of the plugs and lost compression so she is getting a new motor this weekend, I am just going to swap in a new m20 for convenience and because I got one for 200. I tried to get it running long enough to get it in my back garage, but it didn't even make it 30 feet. Car is Cinnabar red (is that an uncommon color? Not much shows up for cinnabar if you search it) and is an auto, which I am not a fan of, but I will 5 speed swap it next summer. Came with a ton of original manuals and stuff, even the info of the guy who first bought it back in 87'. Anyone know what steering wheel is on it? Looks very original and I have never seen it before. Pics! My e30's

Ryan...
Cinnabar isn't all that rare, I believe its one of the more common reds available for e30s (henna/calypsorot are more rare). I actually think those wheels look pretty decent too.

straight6pwr
nice buy. the steering wheel is not factory, but it looks like an 80s/90s MOMO wheel. pull off the center pad to look for the MOMO name on the cross spokes. many other companies have made knockoffs, but regardless, its a appropriate wheel for the car (looks nice!) GunMetalGrey
. It didn't sound like there was anything hitting anything else so I thought a valve may have been stuck open. Well today I finally got around to pulling it apart, this is what I found.
