Super disappointed as I tried to contact this guy months ago and he never responded. The car has had about 5 new listings since, and they continue to get worse and worse... "drift car" makes me cringe. :( I really want an M120 powered vehicle to straight pipe before I die.

About 5 years ago in a poor Milwaukee neighborhood, one of those little sub-$5000 used car dealerships had a e34 M5 with cloth M interior and like 325,000 miles for $3900. I'll never forget that.

I remember something like that! Was it silver on m system turbines?

Sorry guys. Im still trying to figure in logistics. The story is the current owner bought the M5 at an estate sale and has been dealing with titling nonsense since. Thus the buyer in front of me moved on and bought a different project car leaving me next in line for the M5. The current owner now has a clean title in hand and said that he was told it needed a fuel pump to run. He installed a fuel pump and it still doesn't start. He also mentioned that its turning over but not firing and the oil looks "murky". 😕

i hope for your wallet's sake the engine, trans and edc suspension are in working order.

really, the s38 is a cool factor, but the e34 m5 is really not a better car than a 540 with a couple tweaks.

don't get me wrong, I love the m5, but i wouldnt touch one with a 10ft pole if it needed any work.

I sadly agree. The DINAN stroked E34 M5 a buddy and I built for a client was sadly slow compared to more modern cars.  Im only interested in touching this with my pole because I know I can make some money on it. If it requires more than $1500 in parts, I will sadly strip the car and part it out. It seems to have rust and dents so paint is totally over the $1500 mark.

"If you touch it will your pole, its going to be expensive."
