$1500 without the aftermarket parts?? The best thing you could do with it is drive it to the scrapyard at that point IMO 🤢

Also, this

Poor M3, "minor surface rust" The quarter panel looks pretty rusted out to me...

The stickers make me laugh, like I'm pretty sure not one part on that car is Recaro, Brembo or HKS 🧐

What a pile!  "It's  a real M3 not a swap or anything like that though."

Price though!  I actually "lol'ed"

This is not a car for sale CL post but a auto repair shop for lease ad :https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/off/d/auto-repair-shop-attached-to/6599267752.html

Great line in the ad: "High traffic auto repair shop available for rent. Has a lift already in it , it's own entrance in the front and garage in the back. Attached to a used car dealership that sells 25-40 cars a month. Customers are always coming back for repairs."

Yeah, there's a ringing endorsement...

I've been in Milwaukee a long time. There are a lot of good folks living in that part of the city trying to get by. What makes it worse is when businesses pile on in the predation. This one looks to be "Vegas Sales and Rent" and the Google reviews mention rebuilt titles and cars in poor shape. Or maybe it's Global Circle Automotive with the same address and the glowing brief reviews without detail. Either way the wording in the CL ad about being next door to a shop selling used cars needing a lot of repairs, passing this off as a plus for a potential renter, and the pics of the condition of the shop doesn't serve the area well.

Ehhh, I would want more pictures. Not sure if its worth $5k. But with little work could probably be pretty sweet. Your E36 seems like the better car IMO.

agreed. sounds like he wants to say it's a pile of crap without saying it.

" is sold as is "

" but it is far from being a daily driver "

" so unless you are mechanically inclined or have the time and money to put into this car, this is not the car for you "

" This car is being sold as is "

To bad no trades. Id trade my e36 for that

My question is why he needs to pull and rebuild a 150k mile m50 at all. I’m guessing along with the brakes, the suspension needs some love too, making this quite a pricey proposition to get the car right again.

I also would much rather have your e36.
