91 325ix I helped my little sister buy. Basically-I wanted it, and needed a reason to buy it. She loves it, other than all the small issues it has...

What suspension is that on? It looks good, too good to be stock

Add an iX section? We will gather information and dump it in there. I have a few good links for iX stuff. Plus Alex and I can do pictorials of procedures as we are both iX'ing. How about that?

I'm not sure we have enough IX's for that, there's only 4 or 5 here. E30tech has a good IX subforum, though.

I thought about leaving that part about it being my sister's car off...

We bought it with that HORRIBLE suspension. Looking to put stock springs on it so it rides better. VW wheels.

If you were at the meet. I was the guy with the dog. I hate how much rust I have on my e30. But here's some photos of the driveway. My rusty dented car. Her sun bleached, very broken looking car that runs amazingly well. My S12. the white car in the garage. I have more, but I'll just go ahead and stop there....

Her car, when we bought it.

The white car that was purchased for 300 bones. Parts to sell. Many parts to keep...

Very torn apart now. Getting closer to getting it to the boneyard.

The S12. First a picture of it on USAIR in shawano. Then a picture that makes it look much better than it really does. Then some more pictures. Lots of stuff done to this old girl. Turbo M20 motor swap in the works for the future. In the gathering phase now.. Also needs matching color wheels. I'm angry at myself for painting the pair black, actually....

Nice Hartge e30! I'm sure you'll make a ton off of parts, but why not restore it? You don't see those around every day.

And nice bronzit collection. If the rust can't be seen from those pics, it can't be that bad

It's not a hartge car. It's a supremely rusty 87 325e with a bunch of hartge stuff slapped on. My guess is that a BMW modder owned it when all of the stuff was more readily available and tried to make a clone.

Engine is a regular old 2.7

Body is a US spec 325e.

Nothing special about it in any way other than the hartge parts collection (so to speak) on it.

I just wish it had the hartge dead pedal and headers.

As for the rust on the bronzit. It has the typical rust on the drain in the passenger and drivers footwell, along with the battery tray. It's far from awful, but getting those pieces is a bit difficult when your a broke ass college student. I'd love to fix it, and it wouldn't be that difficult at all. It's just a lot of time, and money I don't really have.

That will change in time though. In the meantime I keep my eye's open for great looking shells.
